How are rates set?
By pair, domain, complexity, confidentiality level, and service type (translation, revision, MTPE, transcreation, interpreting). All terms are agreed before you begin.
When will I be paid?
Our standard is Net‑30 from invoice approval. Early‑pay options may be available for preferred vendors.
Which tools do you use?
We work with Trados, memoQ, XTM, Phrase, Smartcat, and client platforms. Tell us your toolset and licences.
Can I use machine translation?
Only if explicitly authorised as MTPE and suitable for the content. Otherwise, deliver human‑authored translations.
Is there a test?
Sometimes, particularly for regulated/sensitive domains. Tests are short and paid when used.
Do you need interpreters?
Yes—remote and onsite (simultaneous, consecutive, escort). Share your equipment, platforms, and day‑rates.
Do you require security clearance?
Some assignments may require screening or proof of clearance. Please indicate any current clearances or eligibility.
